One the things I really wanted to do was not make this blog all about me. I really wanted to step outside my own little bubble and post music that most likely would not end up on my personal playlist. I am certainly not a huge country music fan.
It’s not that I don’t like country music. It’s just not high on my pecking order. When it does happen to be there it tends to be older country music. The likes of Linda Ronstadt, John Denver, and Michael Martin Murphey come immediately to mind.
Well, today is not about them.Today’s artist is a modern day country singer. I am of course talking about Luke Bryan. Who is set to release his 6th studio album on Dec 8th titled “What Makes you Country”
Luke Bryan has had tremendous success over the years. He has won several awards and at one point has seven consecutive number one hits on the country charts.
Will this be the start of a new run? You guys are going to have to tell me? Is this good or bad? Let me know below.
